Product: HP ENVY 360

 

 

My daughter's computer left hinge randomly just broke. She uses this for virtual learning on a desk. She is very careful and takes very good care of it. The computer never fell or had any strong impact. I don't know what to do and i can not afford to have it repaired. I see online there are thousands of complaints regarding this issue. Can you please advise if this can be repaired under warranty please. Thank You.
