HP Envy x360 screen pops out of the frame

Hello, in my HP Envy x360 the screen is sticking out of the frame. It pops out of the frame in bottom right corner. The computer hasn't been used outside home. Screen is working, but I cannot close the laptop, because of this problem. Can you inform me on further actions needed to be taken? Thanks

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
