I bought a brand new HP 14" AMD Ryzen 7 7730U - windows 11. It should recognize my new HP G5 docking station. It recognizes my keyboard and mouse via docking station but it does not recognize my monitors or charges the laptop through it.
I already updates BIOS and all the drivers.
I bought a new laptop just so it will recognize my multiple screens via docking station since the old HP laptop did not recognize it.
How do I resolve this issue?
Thank You in advance for the help.
I would rather spend hours on studying instead of trouble shooting brand new laptop which was purchased to make it easier for me.....

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/ish_7421478-7421545-16
It ONLY has one hopeless USB 3.2 Gen 1.0 Type-C port; 5 Gbps signaling rate (data transfer only; charging or external monitors not supported) port which is NOT compatible with any USB-C docks including HP USB-C G5 dock.
Regards.
