HP Laptop 15s-gu0001ax
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently purchased an HP Laptop Model 15s-gu0001ax. The operating system was upgraded to Windows 10 Pro version 1903.  Everything seems to be working (wi-fi and network connection to a domain controller,  mouse, touchpad, printing) except a projector cannot connect to the HDMI port.

I attempted to install the Graphics Driver: AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver (SP104070.exe) available for download from HP Support website (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops) but to no avail.

Is there a 15s-gu0001ax Graphics Driver for Windows version 1903?  If yes, where can I download it?

Thank you in advance.

Please ignore the problem.

After a long trial-and-error between installing Windows versions 1903 and 1909 and Radeon graphics drivers available at support.hp.com/drivers,  I finally resolved the problem by Google'ing the 'actual' driver for my laptop's graphics card, which happens to be 'AMD Radeon R7 M440'.

Google provided a link called 'AMD Radeon R7 M440 PREVIOUS Drivers | AMD'.  It's a Radeon Software with the Revision Number,  Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.8.2.  After installing the aforementioned driver, viola, my laptop connected to my projector immediately after restarting!
