Product: HP Laptop - 15s-du2078tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For a couple of days, the in-built camera of my HP laptop is not working. Due to this I am facing a lot of problems especially in online meetings. All the drivers related to the in-built camera(HP TrueVision HD Camera) are updated, yet the same problem is continuing. Below is the screenshot showing that my camera is not working for the Camera app( and also in other related apps).

So, please help me if anyone from this community has a permanent solution to this problem. 2021-01-28.png

I reviewed your post and I understand that the webcam is not working.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
