Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Laptop, not recognising, dual monitors wav link display USB C, works on other laptops

i have downloaded drivers

uninstalled and re installed, restarted 

both Monitors works on HDMI on the laptop , just not through the Hub USB C 

the hub works on other laptops

What is your computer ? Sounds like it has a hopeless USB-C port. Well  If you wish to connect 2 external monitors, you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

 

 I do not have other option(s) because I don't know what is your your machine.
