Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Heyo I have a HP Notebook - 15-dw0083wm and my laptop was working fine but I fell asleep and didnt touch it for awhile, No i didn't break the lcd or even touch it. It was just laying flat on my bed in the corner. I tried to turn it on but it would stay black and the caps lock stayed flashing. This happened before but randomly started working again without me doing anything so I dont understand the problem. Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Sometimes motherboard holds static electricity which keeps the system to power off. Do not worry, you will not face this issue in the future.
