Hey asmita6658,
I tried re-installing operating system and installing drivers from hp site for my model num., tried installing drivers from "driver booster" program, and also tried AMD site for drivers. With latest drivers from amd site, I got mouse freezes every 2-3 secs, all desktop freezes every 2-3 secs, keyboard all... I wish I could try HP Cloud Recovery, but I wrote my product id to search supported devices for cloud recovery, and it says "not found". Sorry I didn't respod earlier.

If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

I sent an email for my issue, hope it gets fixed. Also, I accepted the solution because there's no need to discuss this anymore. Will try with support even my warrnity expired.

It's unfortunate that the issue was not resolved. HP Support team would be the better option here with one on one interaction that will help to resolve this issue.
