Has the OMEN by HP 15-dc0001nh hdmi 2.0 port? Support it the 4K 60Hz?

Yes, it has High-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) v2.0 supporting: up to 4096 × 2160 @ 60 Hz with HDCP 2.2. I can confirm that using my HP Omen 15-dc0071tx machine (which is a sister of your machine).
