I recently got the HP OMEN 15 Laptop and after using it for medium workload ( 3D Modelling & Design + Gaming) for about a month, The Screen suddenly got very dark and changing the brightness did not do anything. The screen would flicker on and off but later I realize that the screen is still loading pixels but it is just very dim. I do not carry it around a lot nor do I move the monitor hinge due to the current pandemic so I don't think It is possible I could have damage it?
What I have tried to do:
Attempted Booting in Safe Mode
Rollback Updates
Uninstall and reinstall drivers
Check for Updates
Full Reset
Is it likely a hardware issue? and how do I prevent this from happening again?

It can happen. Is the screen also dark in BIOS?
