Good Afternoon

 

Hopefully this is in the correct forum

 

My OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L4AV) screen has gone black.

 

Soon after this happened I connected out from the HDMI to my TV and could see Windows desktop. Thinking this was a driver issue I tried restarting in safe mode but sadly that has resulted in the laptop not outputting at all when the HDMI cable is connected.

The power button illuminates and the fans whirl into life but the screen stays black with no other sounds/beeps emitted.

I have disconnected the battery, pressed windows+b, windows+ctrl+shift+b, windows+p, removed ram (caps lock 3 long + 2 fast being the only sequence) removed ssd, bought a new ssd but sadly still only have a black screen.

 

The only tasks carried out the day the screen went black was Lightroom and general browsing of the internet.
