OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B5AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I  recently bought the HP Omen Gaming Laptop 16.1, and am having an issue with the Laptop screen. Every now and then the screen goes black. The Laptop still works fine and if I connect it to an external display, I can use it again. I have been able to temporarily fix the issue by resetting the laptop by holding down the power button, but this fix is getting annoying. I think the issue is due to the Nvidia switch panel, as I sometimes have to choose the "Nvidia GPU only or Integrated graphics option" as the automatic switch option seems to be causing the problem. I have already reinstalled and updated the Nvidia drivers, but it did not fix the problem.

If anybody else has been having the same issue please let me know if you found a fix. Thank you.

Hello @akash981 .
It may be the configuration problem you have posted, however, sometimes the screen may go black because of ram problems on some of it.

Do you have updated the bios of your computer?

There was a recent BIOS update from HP that I did, but the issues still continued after.
