OMEN by HP Laptop 17-an0xx 1JE93AV
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Omen 17 inch laptop with a thunderbolt 3 port and the 1070 graphics card. I've been trying to get it to support dual monitors through thunderbolt however only one monitor can be recognized.  I'm using a belkin 3 mini dock that is supposed to support dual 4k monitors.  My computer will support dual monitors if I plug one monitor into hdmi and the other into the thunderbolt 3 dock. I've confirmed it is not a port or monitor issue.  monitor 1 or monitor 2 will work find in belkin dock regardless of the port as long as only one monitor is plugged in.  When the second monitor is plugged in nothing happens.

I'm currently troubleshooting with belkin support but figured I would check if there are limitations with my laptop or a setting I should change.  I have the thunderbolt controller 15d9, driver dated 2/27/18, version 17.3.74.8

I swapped out the belkin device with a brand new one to rule out the thunderbolt equipment being the issue and still no luck. This must be a driver or hardware specific issue with HP or my laptop.  Does anyone have ideas? I would love to get this working
