I bought a new hp omen 16, 3 days ago and there're a lot of issues I am facing, I trusted hp very much but I am disappointed by this product so much
1. It didn't have any audio control applications like b&o audio control or hp audio. I reached out in the community and some guy tried to help me out but nothing worked and I am still facing the issue.
2. Whenever I am working on vs code my display is not working properly some white lines and designs pop up on the whole screen.
3. I bought the omen 16-xd0020ax which I bought after confirming that it has TGP up to 145 watt then why is it showing 120 watt in the nvidia app.
I never expected these types of things from hp.

I am sorry to hear that. I kindly request that you contact the store where you made the purchase if you believe you have received the wrong specifications.
However, to verify the specifications, I would need the exact model number and product number.
I see that there are two different model numbers mentioned.
In your post, you mentioned "I bought the Omen 16-xd0020ax" and the other one shows as OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xd0000.

At the omen website only 16-xd0020ax was shown and at the store he asked me to tell only the specs so I told them the specs I wanted and they gave me this piece but now when I checked it's tgp it's only 120 and other all the specs are the same. What should I do now?
