I see we are looking for the tools for diagnostic.  I do know this unit does not show drivers for Windows 11 on the site.  You can use the Windows 10 drivers for the unit to keep them up to date.  If the software has failed to run you can either run in compatibility mode or you can use the F2 hardware diagnostics after installed it will run in the bios environment and test your system as well.
