The community can't process warranty claims. Please contact HP directly: https://support.hp.com/contact-hp

  1. Have the invoice and the drive's packaging ready.
  2. Also check the packaging or the seller. Many HP-branded USB drives are made by licensed partners, and they handle the warranty.

Tip: you may want to edit your post to remove the serial number.
