Bom Dia,

estou com vários computadores HP PRODESK 400 G4 SFF que esta apresentando problema na saída de vídeo display port. trabalho em uma empresa que tem 50 Computadores deste modelo tem em media de 20 computadores que pararam de funcionar a saída de vídeo Display Port.

 

Obs:  Aqui eu uso um adaptador Display Port para DVI.

 

Procedimentos já realizados:

Troca de adaptador,

Troca de monitor,

Limpeza com limpa contato,

Reinstalação do driver de vídeo,

Atualização Bios,

Reinstalação do sistema operacional
