Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavilion - 15 - CS3153cl and randomly the screen will start to flicker and then I get a black screen with white lines. It will eventually go away but it is stating to happen more often. The warranty ended this last March 2022. I am thinking its the Video Card. I am including a Picture of what I am seeing.  It Works Fine otherwise.

Hi @oaktreelvr

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

I see that you are facing display-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

What happens when you connect an external TV or a monitor to your system? Do you see the same issue on an external monitor?

I would suggest you please use the link below and follow the steps. Once done, let me know the outcome of it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Yes" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping.
