Hi !! can you please help me solve my problem on my laptop the camera is not working it says "camera not working error code 0xa00f4244(0xc00d36d5)" please i need advice how fix it.. thnx

An outdated or incompatible driver can cause this problem. As an initial step, I suggest you to visit the manufacturer website and install the latest driver for Windows 10.

If the driver for Windows 10 is unavailable, you may install the latest driver in compatibility mode.

Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows.

Follow the below steps:

• Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties.
• Select Compatibility tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select previous the version of Windows from the drop down list.
• Let the driver install and then check the functionality. 

I also suggest you to install the latest Windows 10 updates and check.

Windows Update helps keep your computer up to date with the latest system updates and drivers. You can check Windows Update manually to help ensure you have the latest updates.

1. Hit Windows Key and type

2. Type Windows Updates

3. Click on Windows Updates

4. Click on Check for updates and install the latest windows updates.

To ascertain if the issue is with the Camera App in Windows 10, deploy the App troubleshooter and check if it helps.
