Hi, I am writing to know if it is possible to replace the screen of my laptop. The screen it now mounts is slightly damaged (the current screen is: 39.6 cm (15.6 ") diagonal HD SVA anti-glare screen with WLED backlight and diagonal (1366 x 768)).
Would it be possible to replace the screen with a Full HD compatible one and how can I know how many pins it has on the monitor without removing the whole computer? I tried to look at the manual, but it doesn't say anything about it.

@PigeonOfficial, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

As this is a hardware issue with the Notebook, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.

If the Notebook is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade it. You may visit Hp Store to check the available models or take it to a local store for repair.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
