Hello @BillVW

The Intel DSA software detects the hardware and updates all Intel drivers. That's what I meant by that.

Kind regards

Well, the same problem is back; blurry screen that blanks out, now constantly occurring.  I don't know if there was a recent software update to the computer.  Shouild I download and reinstall BIOS as before, or download the Intel file your more recently sent me which I recently installed?  Any other thoughts?  Thanks

Hello @BillVW

(1) The bios remains unchanged because it is operating system independent. No need to update.

(2) Run Intel DSA software again

(3) Please report back

Well, Ub6424, thank you once again.  I downloaded the Intel DSA software; there were 3 updates available.  After dowloading/installing all 3 my laptop screen seems to be working fine. Hopefully this is the last time I need to do this (or similar) but will see.  Meanwhile, I much appreciate your help.  Regards
