HP Pavilion - 15t-cs300 CTO
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi.  I have an HP Pavilion 15t laptop purchased November 2019.  After successfull startup, if I leave laptop idle for a few moments, when I come back to it the display is blurry and the display periodically goes blank.  I have to restart the laptop to eliminate problem.  In a recent start-up, I received an error message about battery performance, but when I run battery diagnostic the results show battery performance is fine. I have not seen the error message a second time.  Thanks for any assistance that you can provide.

The Bios update seems to have solved the problem.  I did not update the graphics (did not fully understand how to do) but doesn't seem to be necessary.  Many thanks for your help getting this problem sorted.  Happy holidays.

The problem with a blurry and blanking screen after the laptop is idle has returned.   It was working fine for 3 weeks following our last discussion until a recent automatic update on my HP.  The problem started again. . I went back to our discussion to download and reinstall the Bios as you advised.  However, after 2 days that no longer has solved the problem.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

Thanks Ub6424.   I downloaded. installed the Intel file  you sent and restarted.  Is there something further I need to do with that file?  I wasn't clear about your reply (detect?).  Meanwhile, my laptop display seems to be stable now; haven't yet seen any blurry or screen blanking out.  I will check it later again.  Again thanks, appreciate your fast response.
