I had been having an issue with my Gaomon tablet display not working with my laptop. I had been trying a number of different methods to get the tablet display to actual show up so that I could use it with my laptop however I had not been able to find a way to resolve the issue. I gave up on this for about a year, however I have finally found a fix for this issue. If you have the AMD graphics card in your laptop you can go into the AMD Radeon software setting then go to display settings and find the setting for HDCP support under overrides. Turn that off and the issue should be resolved.  Let me know if this works for you too!
