Help! Please I need your expertise to resolve this dilemma. I had connected via the HDMI port of this 13z-be000 laptop to a Viewsonic projector. It worked very well. This specific laptop has a resolution of up to 2560x1600.
The Viewsonic can only go up to 1080p HDMI. I was tweaking the finer aspects to ensure a perfect image on the projector when I accidentally clicked the "3D Mode" on the laptop's Windows 11 configuration settings: System >> Display >> etc. The screen went blank, flickered back and forth for a good 2 minutes and after some reboots, I was able to get back to the normal Windows 11 on the laptop screen. However, any attempt to connect via HDMI to the Viewsonic was no longer possible. When I pressed Fn F11 key to project to a second monitor, I got the Win11 message "You cannot project, reinstall the graphics driver". Within the software settings, when I clicked DETECT second (multiple) monitor, it says "Not Detected". In the resolution settings of Win11, the option to change the resolution to a lower than 2560x1600 is grayed out -- i.e., not clickable. When I went into Device Manager, it says the AMD Radeon driver is disabled by Microsoft. There is no AMD Radeon driver that is downloadable from HP Support website for this laptop. I am at a dead end. This all began when I accidentally clicked the 3D Mode in the Win11 settings screen. How do I restore to normal, i.e., UNDO the effects that the 3D Mode has done to my laptop?? Ultimately I need to connect to the ViewSonic: right now, it does not sense any HDMI signal from the laptop, because the hardware cannot project (Fn F11) to it.
Any advice, tip, suggestions or recommendations are highly appreciated, Thanks in advance.

It has HDMI 2.0 port. Please check your HDMI cable, you need at least HDMI 2.0 cable to get higher resolution and refresh rates
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Thanks Banheim.... the setup was working perfectly before ,the 3D Mode was clicked and the screens bkanked out ... I have the same (and expensive) HDMI 2.1 cable with gold plated contacts at each end. I have powered OFF and ON each side: laptop and projector, to no avail. My gut tells me it is not in the hardware but the software driver. Ths sad fact is Microsoft Windows 11 disabled the AMD Radeon driver and theer is NO WAY to reinstall it, and as stated in my original post, HP does not even have it on the download page for this specific laptop! Thanks anyway.
