HP 15.6 Pavilion Gaming Laptop (AMD Ryzen 5 3550H/256, GTX 1050/WIN 10
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody!

I have been solving my problem for a long time but to no avail.

I cannot switch my videocard from AMD to Gtx 1050. I tried everything, like in NVIDIA settings and also in AMD.

I updated all my drivers. And i don't have Switchable Graphic settings in my BIOS which is really strange.

Please gyus, help me!

I bought this laptop for games, but i cant switch to game videcard.

@Zhandos Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to switch the graphics cards.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Please refer to the below link to HP Notebook PCs - Switchable Graphics on Notebooks.

Thank you for your answer! @

I have read everything from your topic, but i don't have Switchable Graphic settings and buttons in Catalyst Centre.

I have seen a lot of videos in internet and tried to fix it, they have this settings. I don't know why i don't have it. My laptop is gaming and it's definitely for games. It would be very illogical if there is no Switchable settings.

I will wait for your reply!

I understand your concerns.

Please uninstall reinstall the graphics drivers and update the BIOS.

Please check for the Windows update as well.

Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
