HP Pavilion - 15-cs3065cl

Hi!! I am using HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs3065cl is having issues in displaying the home screen. The screen automatically turns black after a while of opening the screen and finally the screen freezes because of which the functionality of the laptop stops. The laptop has to be restarted . However, upon restart the problem persists. Any solution to the problem will be helpful.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable.

Do you have the same error pattern on external monitor ?

 

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to ask you that incase upon connecting to the monitor the home screen does not appear then what could be the solution?

Do you have valid HP warranty ?

 

Check status:

HP support

If status (date) is wrong:

--->>> HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status
