I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I encountered with HP regarding my laptop.
A HP technician replaced the LCD screen on my laptop. However, to my dismay, the LCD screen cracked immediately after I opened the screen within two days of the repair. This occurred without any mishandling on my part.
Despite providing evidence and a reasonable explanation for the potential cause, which could be related to the repair process itself, The customer service in Singapore has held me responsible for the damage and is requiring me to pay for a replacement.
I have only used the Laptop for 1 year and nothing has happened to the screen, until the technician changed the screen (warranty) because of 1 red line I reported. Now the screen has cracked and I cannot use it like before.
This experience has severely impacted my trust in HP products and services. I will definitely not consider HP products in the future and will actively discourage others from doing so.
