HP Pavilion 15-cs2064st
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my laptop (an HP Pavilion) just turned two years old and the screen is messed up. It cannot display anything on the monitor, but it is able to function normally using an external monitor. I went to a local electronics repair shop to get a new screen, but they told me that there are currently no parts available to repair an HP Pavilion. I really don't believe them, but now I'm not sure what to do. I have no interest in buying a new laptop since mine is only two years old. I would just like to get the screen replaced. I'm not sure how to contact HP directly to even ask if they have parts available, since my warranty lasted less than a year upon the date of purchase. If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it.
