Hi @MazharJaved,

Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!  I came across your post and wanted to assist you. I understand you are having issues with the graphics card drivers. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve this issue.

Let’s start with performing a hard reset to release any excessive static/power that could have caused the issue:

To perform a hard reset on a computer with a removable battery, use the following steps:

  1. Turn off the computer.

  2. Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.

  3. Disconnect all external connected peripheral devices such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.

  4. Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

  5. Remove the battery from the battery compartment.

  6. Press and hold down the Power button for about 15 seconds to drain any residual electrical charge from the capacitors that protect the memory.

  7. Insert the battery and plug the AC adapter back into the notebook computer, but do not connect any of the peripheral devices.

  8. Press the Power button to turn on the computer.

If the issue persists, then try updating the display drivers to try and fix the issue. Here are the steps:

Select the Start  button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.

Expand the Display adapter - right-click on display driver, and select Update Driver Software.

Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

Follow the on-screen instructions to update the drivers.

Restart the PC once done and check.

I would suggest here is to update the Bios, Chipset and graphics card drivers on your PC from our HP support website, using this link.

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Eagerly waiting for your response!

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Regards,
