Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sometime in the last few Microsoft or HP updates, my ability to disable the touchpad has disappeared. Since I use an external mouse, I never use the touchpad and it drives me crazy by mousing, moving the pointer and changing windows because of my palms touching the touchpad. There is NO setting for this in the System settings window.
