Hello everyone,

 

Sorry for my english i am not a native speaker.

 

I have a problem with a "HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n200nf".

First the computer was not booting and I was not able to restore Windows.

So I have downloaded and installed Windows 10 32bits.

I have alsow tried to install Windows 64bits but the computer does not boot.

Now the computer is booting on Windows 32 bits.

 

I have download and installed all the driver, BIOS, softwares from the support page.

I have installed all the updates from Windows Update.

 

But the touch screen, the audio and the buttons of the tablette are still not working.

 

I have run the diagostic tools at boot and the touch screen is working.

 

I don't know where the issue can come from and I run out of ideas.

 

Do you have any idea where the problem can come from ?

Hi everyone,

 

After two day I finaly find the solution. It was quite simple.

Has said in the topic we need to install the drivers from the page https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavillion-10-x2-PC/8744659/model/8901979#.

We need to select the driver for Intel Chipset, Graphics, Camera and Audio Driver Pack.

 

During the installation process the setup will say that a more recent driver is installed continue the installation anyway.

 

And magic everything will start to work (touchscreen, sound ...) perferct.

From: Software and driver results for: HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n200nf (ENERGY STAR)

 

there is:

 

  1. Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver
  2. ELAN Cover Keyboard and Touchpad Driver
  3. HP Support Assistant -- which helps you download the correct device-drivers.

There does not seem to be any device-drivers for 64-bit Windows 10.

Thank you for your reply.

 

I have already try yesterday to install all the drivers, bios update ... from the support page.

I have also already try the HP Support Assistant software.

 

I just try again today but nothing has changed.

The touchscreen and the audio does not work :Crying:
