Since, I have updated Windows 10 to 20H2 version, the rotation lock option is not present in action center neither in Display settings. Auto-rotaion in not working at all. Plus, I'm unable to find drivers for sensors to work. When flipping the screen to 360°, the keyboard and mouse is still working. So, the tablet mode has become unusable. Please help me out!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the auto rotation is not working after updating the Windows to the latest version.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.
BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111501-112000/sp111601.exe
Chipset: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105787.exe
If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article.
