Hi team .. this is my second HP Pavilion x360 laptop where at the bottom of the screen near the metal hinges ... first its plastic / or what material develops a cracks and then some part of this material breaks. Initially it feels that there is no such a major problem as often we keep using the laptop ... But after few months .. 3 to 6, the display starts coming off from the original fittings and also then the screen flickering problems start ... virtually making the laptop non usable.
This is second time I have got this problem and that too around 3 years of purchase.
So effectively the laptop's is just around 3 years and that too for the home use.
Just trying to understand ... is this is perennial problem with HP's Pavilion x360 - a touch screen laptop ... or it just happens with every other user.... as this increases my anxiety as I'm having another HP Envy x360
Even there is no solution to fix the same, except for screen replacement which is a costly affair.
