Microsoft Windows 11

Hi!  Looking for some help, my HP Pavilion x360 convertible with Windows 11, touchscreen and pen has stopped working, have tried all the diagnostic help, including resetting the laptop. No drivers show for the touchscreen or pen application, so now at a loss as to how to get it working! Many thanks

Hi Irwin,

Thanks for the reply, i've tried the suggested fixes and the Bios update, unfortunately it still doesn't register the touchscreen or Pen(or show touchscreen in device manager).  When I reboot, it says Sorry, HP Pen Control is not compatible with this computer and No supported device found

Any other idea's?

Kind Regards

Dan
