I bought a HP Pavilion G7-1150us and found out the LCD screen doesnt work. The seller wasnt able to disclose that as they had no way to test. So would I be able to use a HP Pavilion G7-1255dx assembly i found on Ebay? If not, is there a interchangeable model i can use? I would really rather not spend 80+ on another raw LCD screen and if that be the case, i'll have to junk it.

It is a very old machine. Its parts list

Parts are N/A therefore you have to use part # to search online, most like you can find it on eBay for example
