HP ENVY - 17t-ce100 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP ENVY - 17t-ce100 CTO and need to know which pen styluses work with it. Does MPP or MPP 2.0 work with it? I wish they would include that information on the specs sheet on the HP website.

I used the support chatbot, and it said that my laptop with a touch screen is compatible with the HP Pen and HP Tilt Pen. At just over $50 and $70 dollars, I looked for alternative compatible styluses. The pen does not say what technology it uses, but the tilt says it used MPP.  So I tried the Raphael 520 and 520BT. As far as I can tell one uses MPP and the other MPP2.0. (* Update - apparently they both use MPP2.0. So either my computer uses MPP, or I have to use a capacitive stylus) However, neither of them works on my laptop and I have to try and return them. I paired them with my computer, but they do not work on the Microsoft whiteboard.  Is there some additional setting I need to turn on to get them to work? This is so frustrating.

One amazon.com reviewer suggested looking up c05166879 on HP.com. I found this on HP's site:

However, the link goes to a 404 page not found both on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
