I just purchased an HP pen for my x360 Pavilion laptop and its not working. I followed the instructions when setting it up and nothing, i googled support and tried everything from downloading the tilt app to uninstalling different drivers to updating my computer to the latest software and nothing seems to be working. The HP website said the pen was compatible with my device; if anyone can help that would be great. It is the most basic silver pen with two buttons that runs on a AAAA battery.

I see you are experiencing Pen issues with the HP Pavilion X360 Laptop. I cannot find any compatible pen for this model. Not every computer, even those with a touchscreen, supports an active stylus.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try replacing the AAAA Battery and check if it works.
