Hello,
I have a problem with my HP Pen, it was working properly for a while, and then all of a sudden it's not. I have tried changing the batteries but that is not the problem.
The computer I use it with is an HP Spectre x360 convertible 15-eb1xxx.
I have tried to register my product on the HP website to get access to support, but it is very very badly done, there is not even the possibility to contact HP by other means than this famous support, whose customer service is very weak. The result is that the service does not recognize my serial number which is: [Personal Information Removed]. Photo to prove it.
The product number of the pen is 1MR94AA#UUF.

My pen is still under warranty, so I hope that a solution will be found and that I will finally have a decent customer contact.

I see that you are facing issues with HP pen and you are using a windows 11 laptop.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update BIOS of laptop and check use of HP Pen and let me know if that fixes the issue.

Unfortunately, it didn't help me.

There is no update avalaible for my BIOS. The problem comes from something else.

What would it be ?

If you can't help me, can you give me a phone number to contact HP assistance ? I tried 0149932552, but it tells this number doesn't exist. Or an email adress.

My pen is still under warranty, but not for long anymore.
