Hi,
I have a HP Probook 450 G6 and for some reason the highest resolution is 1366x768 and not 1920x1080 like it's supposed to be.
I've tried everything, and have updated the GPU drives, but still nothing. Could someone please help me?

Hi:
What is the product number of your 450 G6?
If you look at pages 5 & 6 of the HP product info at the link below, they can come with displays that support 1366 x 768 resolutions and displays that support 1920 x 1080 resolutions.
Yours is probably one of the product numbers with a display that only supports 1366 x 768.

The product number you posted does not list the part number of the display panel your notebook comes with.
Enter the serial number in the partsurfer link below and it should provide more details including the display panel part number.

Hi:
Below is the link to the parts list for that S/N:
The display part number and description is:
L45105-001 | SPS-LCD PNL 15.6 HD AG SVA | SPS-LCD PNL 15.6 HD AG SVA |
Below is the link to the service manual:
Maintenance and Service Guide HP ProBook 450 G6 Notebook PC
Chapter 3, page 24 has the list of non-touchscreen displays:
The part number listed in the parts list is
HD, SVA L45105-001
SVA = 1366 x 768
So, there is nothing wrong with your PC's display.
1366 x 768 is the maximum resolution it supports.
You can google the part number and that is what you will find, such as at the link below:
