Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a computer that has dual (identical) monitors connected to it - I have installed the latest drivers for the video card, but I can only get the higher resolution on one of the monitors. I can switch which monitor gets the higher resolution, but one is always considerable lower resolution than the other.

The driver I am using is "

How do you connect them ? And what is resolution of EACH monitor ?

Thanks, these are both connected via display cable/display ports, Monitor one is currently showing 2160X3840 and monitor 2 is showing at 1920X1080 the second monitort shows no room to increase the resolution, but if I swap cables, or for that matter have only one cable, then the one remaining will be the 2160X3840 resolution (without regard to which hardware monitor I use)
