HP ProBook x360 11 G5 EE - My touch screen has not been working. I was given the laptop as a gift and it came with Windows 11 pro Education. I wound up updating it to Windows Pro 11 instead. However, the touchscreen problem existed beforehand. I'm not sure if the touch is supposed to work. All of the things I've done to try to access it as it has not been available in the Device Manager under Human Interface Devices-HID-Compliant touch screen is not seen nor is it viewable under hidden devices so I can't uninstall, re-install, re-enable it etc. I've also updated BIOS, Updated all Windows updates, followed a couple youtube videos etc that recommend using the HP diagnotic and HP Image progrmas, but neither worked. I did not do a system restore or factory reset as I was the first owner of the laptop and that wouldn't work imo as i barely made any changes to the programming besides switching from Windows 11 Pro Education to Windows 11 Pro.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you.
