HP Probook 450 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello and thanks in advance for helping,

I have the following issue with my HP Probook 450 G2, the integrated keyboard is very buggy, after a few minutes of use, the shift key seems to stay locked, thus bringing the use of the PC to a halt, as it becomes impossible to type anything as the fact that the shift key is seemingly pushed enable all sorts of shortcut keys.

Here is what I have done so far to address the issue:

Updated the BIOS - issue not solved

Reset BIOS to factory settings - issue not solved

Changed the integrated keyboard with a new one - issue not solved

Uninstalled Anti-virus software - issue not solved

Removed the integrated keyboard and plugged in an external keyboard via USB - !! Issue solved !!

However, using an external keyboard is not ideal for a Laptop, so if someone has a solution with the integrated keyboard that would be great!

Thanks,

Gui.

I now realise that when ever I restart the PC, it does not take a few minutes to becomes buggy, as soon as click on the start menu and I hit the "P" on the integrated keyboard, it type the following: *qwe

and the keyboard becomes buggy again.
