HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen i bought in November. Worked fine and all of a sudden no LED light. Was told to contact support but you need a serial number and the pens dont have one and wasnt told one on the order email. Virtual chat is no use what do I do?

Someone lodged a similar complaint here and it seems to be the correct solution to the same error you are facing.

Nope. I dont know how to get the help in the first place. There seems to be no live chat

theres only live chat options for US and they cant do anything for UK order

The final but least preferred option for you right now may be to order another pen. However, I know how expensive these things could be.

No way , ive spent over £100pounds on faulty HP pens - i just want a replacement now
