HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen Tip/Writing knib is broken and stuck

I have HP 2in1 laptop that came with a stylus, recently the tip of the stylus broke and fell off, however, the shaft (stick connecting the grey tip, which gets plugged into the pen as the tips are changeable) the shaft is stuck in the pen and with tweezers and long nose pliers, I have been unable to remove it, but otherwise, without the tip, it still responds, just doesn't write like normal. My laptop is under warranty and I believe as the stylus came with it, it is also under warranty. How do i go about getting it either fixed or replace is my question. Any help is greatly appreciated
