I purchased the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen (Product #: 3J122AA) because I thought it would connect to my machine, an HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-es2000 (4V391AV) (Product #: 8L3A5UA).
I tried using Bluetooth, but there was no button. I looked online on this website and YouTube, and I keep being redirected to the wrong pen because they have a similar name, but I can't even find a place to see/buy the other pen. This is the last attempt I will have to find a solution for this pen as I have wasted time and money trying to get the answer. My pen was purchased on Amazon, and I already started the refund process. If someone competent can solve my problem, I'll keep it, but now, it seems a bot auto-replies questions about this pen.
I added both products to my HP profile, but the website tells me the service is down. I start to question my trust in the whole brand. I had a printer and currently own a desktop, a laptop, and a pen I am about to return, but the online system doesn't work as intended.

Until something changes, the HP Virtual Agent is not AI -- the HPVA is a program that can answer specific questions.

HP Account Dashboard generally accepts new product additions for computers and printers.
Accessories, because they might not be tracked in online Databases, might resist being added.
What?
There is no workaround to devices that will not add - keep your receipts for your accessories -- ask for help should you need Warranty service.
