I have  HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen which I have charged fully. But it is not pairing with my HP Pavilion x360 14-dw1037TU.

I tried searching on support pages but there is no solution. the HP support staff has mentioned that they are sending private messages to provide support. If you are a HP employee and seeing this message, could you help me?
