I have a HP Pavilion (360) laptop, and I use the HP SPEN-HP-01 (HP P/N: 905512-001; Spare P/N: 910942-001) with it. Originally, when I bought the pen, it worked just fine. Then, for a period (2-3 months) I did not use the pen. When I attempt to use the pen again, it does not work anymore. It seems to be unable to connect to the laptop (my pen is not the active blue-tooth one). This is extremely frustrating as I try to keep my tech HP genuine. Can you please assist me?
