HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0003dx

I recently changed my battery for my HP stylus and it is no longer working. I went through other community posts that said to updated BIOS and chipset as well as the whole uninstall drivers and restart, but I'm still having the same issues. Is this an ongoing issue with HP Spectres? If so, are there any replacement stylus??

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that the stylus pen is not working, I am glad to assist you.

uninstall the keyboard drivers from device manager and restart the computer.

  • Please right-click on start>select device manager>Expand Keyboards>Right-click on the listed drivers and uninstall them. Then restart the computer and check again if the issue is fixed.
  • If it continues, please replace the stylus battery and check again if it gets resolved.
