Ever since I got this laptop it's been giving me no end of troubles, please can you direct me to customer support that will actually do something about it... When I plug in the charger in the screen goes black, when I plug it in it crashes, I have daily/ weekly blue screens... it's still 5 months into warranty but whenever I run a diagnostic it says the machine is running just fine.... giving me such issues... i use it for work and after a lot of excelling it always bluescreens or on team meetings.
very upset with this thing... never had a PC to this spec fail so badly. looks nice but runs like a potato... bluetooth stops working, wifi, programs constantly freeze, the screen becomes very saturated....
Has anybody else experienced these issues... again using it for work, so sending it to HP is difficult...

I bought this laptop in July and ever since I bought the thing it’s been blue screening, the screen has been flashing black and just turning off, when I connect it to the charger or disconnect it the pc restarts, on start up it’s extremely slow and takes 15 mins to start working.
I contacted support before and spent 6 hours troubleshooting and nothing has improved.
I believe that it is a hardware problem as suggested by the constant blue screens I receive...
I’ve tried to compile a list of issues on the computer, here are some of them. (please see attached)
I have not included the black screen blinking which I do have proof of as well as a few more blue screens. I don’t have the charging cable removal shutting down the PC as this has only happened three times and have yet to video when it happens....
Really upset with this laptop.
Please let me know what we do from here, I would like to send it in but use it for work so will have to wait to get a replacement laptop from which time I will send it in for repair/replacement. I was told you don’t supply temporary laptops while it’s being repaired.
Really hoping this can be resolved now, as I’ve spent so long trying to troubleshoot this laptop's issues. Over 6 hours with your support and countless hours on the web trying to see what the issue is... everything for me is pointing to faulty hardware.
£1500.... buyers remorse is strong.... HP say I got to keep it up dated,,, I've had it 6 months and no update has resolved the issues I had the first week...
