I purchased the HP Spectre Rechargeable Mouse 700 as part of my Spectre 360 bundle, but I cannot get the mouse to charge.
I have tried numerous chargers/USB ports and cables. I get a white led on the underside of the mouse when I connect the cable, but when I check the mouse battery level on the windows Bluetooth settings page, it never goes up, even after charging the mouse overnight.
Am I doing something wrong?

At this point I would request you to contact HP Support for replacement Mouse

I have this same issue, mine just says it's stuck at 9% charged constantly, even though I just left it plugged in overnight last night to charge and i'm attempting to go thru the contact HP customer support process but it wants a model number or serial number and both numbers from my mouse keep popping up a

What is the model number of this mouse? Or is there another way to get ahold of customer support for this?
